Curtis - This dashing young man has now found a wonderful new home! We will miss you, and your goofy ways!

 Tessa - I rescued Tessa from the shelter, 1 day before she was due to be euthanized. She was so shy that she had not been taken out of her kennel for months and didn't know how to trust anyone. With the help of Vancouver City Animal Shelter, I was able to take her. She slowly made progress in Vancouver but needed a home so she came home with me until we could find her a permanent home. She quickly became more comfortable around me and fell in love with my dogs. We would go on trips to Petsmart and walk around in public so that she could be exposed to new people. Then we met the most wonderful lady Eva, who as adopted Tessa and she is just fabulous. She has spent many hours working with Tessa, and after a couple of months, she is now running off leash through the north shore mountains and loving every day of her life. Thank you Eva, you have saved an amazing girl!

 Petey - Petey is a long haird chihuahua, that was rescued in a puppy mill seizure on the Sunshine Coast. He and 5 of his friends were all brought out here to be socialized, trained and rehomed. I have the pleasure of working with Petey. He was very very shy. Petey had a soft heart and he would hide when if you approached him, he never snapped. With time he became very use to my golden retriever pup who would try to play with him whenever he was on ground level. Needless to say, he loved to sit up on the couch! I worked on socializing Petey, taking him to new places and meeting new people. With time he began to take treats from my hand, and then from strangers, and now he is a very lovable sweet little man with a forever home!

Takumi - Takumi is a golden retriever that was rescued from a man who was keeping him and his girl friend crated in his basement. He was under socialized, had no obedience and had no idea what a toy was. I worked with him on basic obedience, RECALL!, and began to teach him what real life was all about. He very quickly took a very strong liking to stuffy toys, and then I had to teach him to share! Over a couple months he learnt to listen and work with you, not against. Takumi along with his girlfriend Suki both have been adopted and are spending the rest of their lives in loving homes.
